The Beauty Company – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At The Beauty Company, we strive to provide the highest level of service to every client. To help us manage our schedule efficiently and respect everyone’s time, please review our detailed cancellation and rescheduling policy:
 
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or the need to reschedule.
 
Cancellation & Rescheduling
 
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
This policy applies to all services including beauty, skin, IV therapy, and PRP treatments.
Deposits
 
Some treatments require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-shows, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or late arrivals that lead to a cancellation.
If sufficient notice is provided, deposits can be transferred to a future appointment.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please inform us as soon as possible. We will aim to reschedule your appointment without penalty, provided we receive reasonable notice.
